This nonprofit organization offers education services to the community and is its main source of revenue. This organization reached out to me because they did not have a defined process in place to manage volunteers or contract individuals who would provide education services to the community for a fee. BPPC and all key stakeholders of the organization worked closely together to establish a defined process for vendor management that included: the vendor application submission process, vendor application review process, vendor award notification process, and vendor onboarding process.

After: Monthly revenue was achieved due to having a robust defined process for vendor management
